Baser Construction is a licensed and insured residential contractor based in Union, Missouri. We provide residential construction and remodeling services, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, deck construction, home framing, window and siding installation, roofing, and home additions. These terms apply to the information and estimates we provide through our website and to the conversations we have with you about a potential project.

Every quote we provide is free and carries no obligation. Estimates are based on the scope you describe and what we can see at the time, and they may change if conditions differ from what was described or if the scope changes after we begin. Until a written agreement is signed, an estimate is not a binding contract or a commitment to perform work at a fixed price. The final scope and price are set in your written agreement.

Timelines vary with the scope of the work and our crew schedule. A single-room update may take a week or two, while a kitchen remodel, basement finish, or addition can take several weeks. After we walk the space and understand the scope, we give you a realistic schedule so you know what to expect. Weather, material availability, and permitting may affect dates, and we will keep you informed as those factors change.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the payment schedule, are set out in your written estimate or agreement. We review those terms with you before any work begins so there are no surprises. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, any deposit is applied toward the project, and the balance is due according to the milestones in your agreement.
